The staff were extremely friendly and polite and rang me to warn me that they were running late; however my treatment was 15-20 mins late and as I had another appointment to go to my treatment was rushed so I could leave on time. It was very late notice that they were running late so I didn't have the chance to change my plans. The staff did their best to accommodate me but they weren't thorough as they were rushing. Also the lighting was very dim so I think the treatment could be improved with better lighting. But I will likely go back again as it is very convenient for me.

The venue is quite dingy and dreary which isn't exactly what you want when you're going for a beauty treatment. The price was cheaper than alternatives in the surrounding area but probably not cheap enough considering the salon. The beautician was really friendly and lovely but she didn't seem as experienced as ones I have had before. I was a bit worried about my nails when she was taking off my shellac. Not a way I have seen it done before. There wasn't a very big range of shellac colours which I wasn't used to but the colours they had all of the 'standard' colours. I will see how long my nails last to determine whether I would go back again but it is unlikely.

I had the Cappucino Full Body Scrub and I highly recommend it. Definitely something I would like to do again in a few months time, treatment was very relaxing and staff were so professional. It is an unusual location but don't let that fool you, a great find right in the heart of the city.

Very good value, the place was basic but clean and welcoming. Staff were very nice and the wax was quick thorough and i was made to feel very comfortable. Would revisit and recommend!
