I was suffering from a migraine and decided to treat myself to a deep tissue massage, Indian head massage and back scrub. The perfect solution! Relaxing head massage was soothing for my painful migraine, the deep tissue was exactly what my muscles needed to get rid of tension. The back scrub was just a treat!
