I went in for a Hollywood & Ladies Leg Waxing and i paid £39 for the combo - i should have known then that you literally get what you paid for and no better. The studio, if you can call it that, was tiny and above a barbers shop. I've never seen anything more ghetto and I really didnt trust the cleanliness of it at all. The toilet was miserable and dark. Several times during my waxing, the lady kept walking out to talk to people, which made me extremely uncomfortable because she kept having to open the door which was in direct view of where i was lying down, which means everyone who kept knocking must've been to see everything!
The wax was on strips, which i've never seen being used for bikini waxes anywhere else! It had minimal grip and the lady kept having to go over the same place multiple times which left me in rashes and excruciating pain. My legs were all patchy, eventhough i have very fine hair on my legs so should have been very easy to do the full leg without problems. The lady who did my waxing was a nice lady, but had very little experience and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. In the end, she left literal patches of hair where there should have been none claiming she couldnt do the rest (because the wax was terrible!).
I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you're on a very tight budget and don't mind the pain or the bad final result.
