A wonderful massage by Jess in wonderful surroundings. The sauna experience is great. I can't usually stay in Saunas as they are too dry but the Vita sauna is really different and very enjoyable and relaxing. The massage was great and left me feeling so relaxed. Definitely something to repeat soon.
Vita has that feel of being pampered from the moment you step in to when you leave with a smile. Amazing range of treatments to suit everyone and all needs and wants.
Vita Spa is a wonderful place. Wonderful surroundings and attentive staff. The sauna experience was brilliant. I usually can't stay long in a sauna as the heat is too dry but this was really different and I stayed in for the full half hour. The massage was so relaxing. Again in a lovely room, so tranquil. The whole experience left me so relaxed I'll definitely be visiting again.
