I was a little dubious to whether I would get the colour that I would like for this fake tan but I was a lovely golden brown and everyone said how natural it was.

Had a fabulous sports massage with Nicky, I have huge problems with muscle tension, was shown stretches to help keep my her hard work maintained, and on advice used the infra red sauna at the spa after my treatment to maximise the relaxation of my muscles. All found hugely beneficial, can't wait for my next treatment! Love the spa, great team!
