I had the lava shells pregnancy massage which was wonderfully relaxing. I loved the hot and cold lava shells (in fact the cold most of all!) Which really helped to ease out my aches and pains. The massage was much lighter than I usually have as they need to be careful when you are pregnant but the fact that they can deliver such a wonderful massage without you needing to lie on your stomach was great. I will definitely be trying to squeeze another one in before my due date!
Amazing massage that sorted out my super tight shoulders & gluts. Felt like my therapist had given me a new back! So much better thank you

good visit, great the spa is open on sun, but lack of receptionist means difficult to know what is happening if therapist runs over with previous client

A lovely relaxing experience in a surprisingly well appointed venue. My feet are now summer ready!
i had a lovely time at vital spa. i wanted 10 different colours on my fingers and five on my toes. The girls were very happy to oblige as it was fun for them too. I always enjoy coming here my only regret is i dont do it often enough
