The treatment itself was good but it started late and then I was asked for payment even though I'd already paid via Treatwell. I still haven't received a refund for the second treatment and have had to chase more than once.

I had an appointment with Jess she is lovely but wasn't quite ready which was great as I had time to try the relaxing room I only wish the downstairs receptionist could have taken me up to it as you don't know if you're allowed to go in or your waiting in the right place
