I had an amazing experience with Joanna. She was ready and and so warm and welcoming. I came in with dry dehydrated skin and was treated by Joanna to a relaxing and rehydrating facial. From her gentle and relaxing hands to the triple cleansing process, steam and finally the gold mask, which left my skin transformed to a supple, soft and glowing one. I even napped while waiting for the mask to dry. I'm going back for more treatments. Joanna is a gem.
