The appointment through Treatwell went all smoothly but Visage then rang to say can they cancel as they had not uploaded all the appointments when this was made. They then rang after an hour to say there had been a cancellation so to come. The hairstylist Kate was good. The massage or hair wash was ok not as brilliant as I thought it would be. At the till I was asked to pay £35 and when I queried that I had come through Treatwell then was asked to pay £29 although the website had said £24 for shoulder length hair but was asked to pay £5 more as they said my hair was longer than shoulder length.
