Lady who did my hair was lovely. Booked £45 permanent waves with supplement for longer hair. Asked for 1inch off & was told that my hair needed to be wrapped because it’s long. Issue with application gave me a horrible chemical burn on my forehead which still hasn’t healed. When I went to pay I was charged £33 for a cut & blow dry (I didn’t have the blowdry) plus extra £40 for a different type of perm! Reduced to £20 & maybe I misunderstood but extra charge should’ve been made clearer. Not great
