The staff at this salon were lovely but that was the worst fringe cut I have ever had. Several times I asked her to stop and explained how I wear my fringe. After she cut off all the length in my fringe and cut it the way I said I don’t wear it, then she called the manager. My hair looks awful and will do for weeks. Also I will need to pay for another haircut in a month or two to correct the mistakes. I should have been offered a refund.
