Overall a great haircut, but appointment was pushed back due to the salon running late - hence the star rating, happy they called me to inform me but did have a knock on effect to my plans. Haircut itself was really good though!

Klaudia was so nice, I had a couple of bad experiences and I was going from blonde to dark brunette. The things I loved that I haven’t seen for a while were… She didn’t rush the process. Have a great head massage which was amazing. Additionally she did something they NEVER do usually. She kindly scrubbed the dark dye around my hairline and ears. I was going for dinner that night and usually it takes me hours to get it off. Very considerate of her. Hair looks great. Cut was good. No complaints.
