She didn’t rush the process. Have a great head massage which was amazing. Additionally she did something they NEVER do usually. She kindly scrubbed the dark dye around my hairline and ears. I was going for dinner that night and usually it takes me hours to get it off. Very considerate of her. Hair looks great. Cut was good. No complaints.

Sorry to have to give this venue such a bad rating as their haircuts are quite good! I had a massage and told the therapists in advance I was pregnant. The therapist although kind had no idea what to do and half massaged me for 25 mins. It was noisy (not relaxing at all) too. Would have preferred them just to say - sorry we don’t do pregnancy massages. Have also emailed them with feedback and they haven’t responded, really really poor service and I definitely won’t be going back.
