It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax and I was really worried. But, Ellie calmed me down, gave me breathing exercises making me feel really comfortable. Definitely going back and would recommend her to others as well.

I decided to go for shellac nails for the first time and Ellie explained to me the process and helped me pick a colour. The salon was very pretty and super clean, although a tad bit noisy with the hairdryers which made having a conversation a bit difficult for me. I realized there was an issue with one of my nails when I got home and Ellie was reactive and fixed it within the hour, which was much appreciated!

I can’t recommend Visage and Alicia enough! The whole process from start to finish was amazing and so professional. Alicia exceeded my expectations with the haircut and was so lovely to chat to. You have made a regular customer and I can’t wait to come back next!
