I should mention first that while Treatwell says this review is for Ellie, my nails were actually done by Jasmin. I had an uncomfortable experience at this salon. Jasmin was very rough with my hands so she cut me twice quite badly while buffing. She also left twice in the middle of the manicure to mediate a dispute between a customer and staff which was being allowed to happen within the salon. My fingers were left sore and now the topcoat is cracking after a poor quality manicure.

I felt that the pedicure was very rushed, the lady was annoyed when my nail touched the (very small) lamp, it wasn't relaxing, I felt like an inconvenience. Painful cubical trimming (skin was cut, she apologised) painful under nail cleaning. The result was okay, just not pleasant experience for £35. I didn't want to say anything as the lady was pleasant. I won't go back there. Sorry for the review, I've had better experiences for less money
