Lovely staff and a great pedicure

Extremely disappointed. Immediately felt therapist wanted me out ASAP for her pedicure as I had last appt. She was rough + waxed areas of no hair 7-8 times (borderline in tears). My underarms were grazed + stinging daily for 10 days + formed scabs as a result of the irritation. When asked if I could see remaining hairs, I pointed them out but was disregarded as "she had her glasses on and couldn't see any". I felt rushed to leave + was redressing as I exited the room. Had to pluck rest at home.
