I don’t believe I saw Flavia as my therapist was changed last minute. I did not feel the therapist was trained in traditional Indian head massage -where generally no oil is used and I left the salon with so much oil in my hair - I was embarrassed. I understand IHM ‘ focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes’ this was not what I received - my neck and shoulders were not touched & it felt like a general massage of the head.
