This was my first visit to Rachel's new venue, a quaint little room in the middle of this peaceful village. Although the room is used for all sorts of other treatments during the week, on Rachel's days she makes it her own comfortable space with relaxing, non-intrusive music, lovely scented oils and soft lighting. The Swedish massage was fantastic: deep and relaxing and Rachel gave me a choice of oils so that she could guarantee I would enjoy the scent too. Rachel is highly professional, really helpful and gracious and very good at massage! She's lovely to chat to but also comfortable with silence so you can enjoy the "me time" if you prefer. I recommend you give this venue a try!!
Rachel was just lovely and the massage was great. It is so sad that the hotel will no longer host this salon.
I have been recieving regular massages from Rachel for a year now,it has helped with my back and neck problems, I would highly reccomend a treatment,Rachel is an excellent therapist,with a vast knowledge of the beauty treatments who is very professional and delivers a treatment specific to your needs, I look forward to my treatments each week:-)

Excellent massage. Requested a firm massage and Rachel delivered. One of the best I have received.
Venue good - nice and quite. Massage took place upstairs in the hotel in a converted bedroom, but with the added bonus of an en-suite.
Lin and Rachel at Bignell are both great at massage - if you want a proper massage go here!
There's a lovely fire in the coffee lounge where we always sit by and have a coffee before our treatments.
