Professional sports and holistic massage treatments. I draw from multiple modalities to formulate a truly bespoke experience. Posture analysis, Sports, Swedish, myofacial release deep-tissue, hot stones, Lymphatic Drainage, cupping and assisted stretching therapies can be incorporated into your treatment plan. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, am fully qualified, insured and possess enhanced DBS. I have worked with a wide range of clients including office workers, trades people, teachers, health professionals, musicians and athletes (everything from amateur park run to elite professionals). My greatest satisfaction comes from aiding recovery / healing through general well-being, soft-tissue tension release. Whether you want an hour of relaxation or treatment for a specific muscular issue, I am confident I will be able to assist.
