The overall service was terrible compared to other places I've had my face waxed. At no point did Milan ask me if I am comfortable or if the wax feels too hot. It was burning my skin and have actually been left with burn marks on my face. My skin still stings and is painful. She also did a terrible job with my eyebrows - both completely different shapes. I won't be booking with them again.

This was by far one of the worst massages I've ever had. They were running late, a lady walked in the room and the massage itself was diabolical. I booked two messages but the head massage was so bad I requested for Milan to stop and left.
