Eyebrow threading was great! Just what I wanted and the lady doing it was lovely. My eyelashes looked great too and I have very sensitive eyes so I was impressed that I had no reaction to the glue etc. The only thing was the eyelash extensions didn’t last as long as ones I’ve had from other places in the past, within hours an eyelash or two was falling out.

Staff were very nice and friendly, unfortunately the wax itself was *incredibly painful*. The Hollywood wax was genuinely the most painful experience of my life, and so many stray hairs were left even after I pointed them out to the lady. Underarm was quick and not nearly as painful, however again many stray hairs were left even after I asked her to do it again.
