Before I arrived I had to call to say I would be slightly late due to transport issues. The receptionist was so polite and understanding. When I arrived, everyone I spoke to was so welcoming and friendly. Made me feel really safe and comfortable being in the salon. Ellie was super professional, thorough and a great waxer. The nature of waxing means it will always be slightly painful or uncomfortable but Ellie made it virtually pain free! I will definitely be back again. 10/10 service!

Maria was so attentive and just exceptional! Went in for a manicure, but ended up starting the laser treatment as well under Maria's guidance... Really great service and kind staff, will be back again and again :)
