Had quite a lot of hairs left, even after going over the area again and again, which felt like it lifted a layer of skin. Didn’t ask anything about the bikini line, where I would like the wax to go to, should have worn actual bikini bottoms!

Was not impressed with the person who did my biap. Did not think it was Ellie as requested, although she did not introduce herself. I was out of the shop in 20mins and when I inspected my nails my thumbs were all bumpy. I will not be back.
