The salon doesn't accept card payments, only cash or bank transfer to a personal bank account which seems odd. I had my brows threaded and one brow was left significantly shorter than the others, despite me clearly saying several times I wanted them just tidied up, no shape at all. I feel pretty disappointed as it seems like a very basic error to make. I am really hoping the shorter brow grows back as it was before.

Ellie was really efficient, in and out in 20mins. My first downstairs wax but was made to feel really comfortable. Only thing maybe the interior could do with a lil makeover, but girls were lovely!
