Waxing was good but LVLs disastrous.Lashes were permed inwards.Went back, they said they'd forgotten to condition them. They relaxed them & tried to send me away, but they then looked like I'd had nothing done to them.This wasn't acceptable as it was for my wedding. Was told they couldn't re-lift because my eyelashes are short & they always get that result with short lashes.Then they blamed me & said it was because I was clenching my eyes.Which is it?They then gave me extensions for half price.

The appointment was fine. But a couple of things stood out, for a "luxury" pedicure I wasn't impressed to see them pour radox in the water lol. And I was also asked to pay another £5 on leaving, this was potentially embarrassing as I paid through treatwell so didn't carry cash on me. They said the prices on treatwell weren't accurate but I don't know why they didn't just adjust them online then? Ive seen other reviews covering this. The treatment was fine though and the girls in the store nice

'Sparkly gel nails', Ellie did a lovely job, removing old red gel, replacing with sparkly gel, the removal was easy and limited damage to existing nails, carefully shaping and checking every step. Beautiful job.
