Betty was absolutely lovely and made me feel really comfortable during my wax. They do use strip wax rather than hot wax unless you ask though but this is reflected in the price. The appointment ran really late but this wasn’t the fault of the therapists who did my treatments, I think it’s more to do with unrealistic times devoted to appointments. For the price I’m happy with my lashes but you do get what you pay for and have had more even lashes done elsewhere. Overall I’d say for the price it’s a decent service and the staff were lovely and very friendly and professional.
