Received a good manicure and pedicure, even though they made a mistake with the price advertised on Treadwell. Instead of £15, it was actually £30 and they chose to ask me for further payment half way into my treatments. From a customer service point of view they could've phoned to tell me before I arrived or notified me on arrival.
The staff however were lovely.
