Overall, I was happy with the service, the price and the end result. I have been to much friendlier salons, so it’s best not to come expecting to be treated. Also, I made an appointment for 10 AM (when they opened), only to find the lady doing my wax was threading a customers eyebrows, and I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. I can understand an appointment running over, but I was surprised she took on another client when I was already booked in. That said, for £20 I really can’t complain.
