Bad gel removal - used electric buffer instead of soaking and removing meaning so much of my natural healthy nail was removed and my cuticles were cut (actual blood). Gel polish was applied way too thickly which meant for painful curing experience - curing gel should never be painful. I won’t go back here. I don’t think the nail tech was trained unfortunately.
