I had a very upsetting experience. As soon as I was sat I was upsold (I’d prepaid) to Russian lashes as they would be “lighter” as we discussed that I wanted it natural and not full or fluffy. I ended up with very full fluffy lashes. I cried. The boss was polite but hostile repeating over and over that they were beautiful and what I asked for. They were not. They were not what we had discussed. I felt bad for the technician as she was lovely but following the direction of the boss who has spoken to her in another language about what I thought I had said, it became evident to me that in her translation the boss had replaced “natural” for “classic” which in the end the she said is what I had asked for. I understand that for what they were, they were well bonded and the technician was lovely - just following orders. And very sweet offering me a blanket during the treatment as it got a little cold in the salon. I left paying more than I went in for, and very upset. They didn’t attempt to rectify the situation, offer any suggestions or apologise. I am so disappointed. I’m purposely picked here based on the reviews and had this beautiful expectation of what the result might be based on pictures I was shown and chose. If you want full and fluffy - this is definitely the place... but if your style is more natural, give it a wide berth.
