Everything was fine till final iron. During heat treatment,I felt they were rushing as ironing not done on complete hair (just crown part & other blowdried) & still have patches of wavy hair.
Also while ironing,I mention about straightening hair around ear; Betty said its risky so won’t do that; I insisted & got burnt on ear (realised it later that had bruised).I have done straightening 4 times in past & did around ear too without getting burnt!!!Plenty to write unfortunately limited word count
