The staff here are lovely and friendly however do not go here for a facial. Perhaps they are more a hairdresser/salon. I went for a facial and lay on the table a mask put on me and left for 20 -30 mins. The women then came in extracted some pores put another mask on me and left me for 40 mins !!! I had actually thought they had forgotten about me. After that they came in took off the mask and I left 40 mins after my treatment should have finished. I think the women may have been doing two different procedures at the same time which is why she was maybe away for so long. This was annoying to me as I had only expected to be there for an hour and only paid for parking for an hour (luckily I did not get a ticket) but they had left me lying on the table with a mask on for an hour and 40 mins. Honestly not worth it. Not relaxing and will not be back.

Treatment was excellent as usual, Lily is a great waxer! Only thing is there is a very bright light at eye level when you are lying down which can be a bit uncomfortable. Would recommend overall :)

Best lashes in Glasgow! Lily is so kind and a talented lash technician, a perfectionist! Always so happy with her work, she makes me feel so glam ☺️ Her lashes are so full and always seem to last! Great value for money x
