Friendly team and had my first ever Hollywood wax and Betty put me at ease. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be and Betty was good at distracting and was efficient in her waxing.

I'd never had a full body wax before so was nervous about it but Betty was really nice and made me feel at ease. She did a brilliant job and made sure she didn't miss a hair, great waxing technique! She was quick and the bikini area was less painful than I thought it'd be thanks to Betty!! Can't thank Betty enough, she's amazing and did an excellent job, I'll definitely be coming back!!
