Worse wax I’ve had my entire life. Avoid at all cost!! She used the same wax strip dabbing about 7 times with the old strip before apply hot wax and repeating several times to the same area. I have very tough Middle Eastern skin and have never had redness or burning but now my bikini line is discoloured and burnt from their awful technique. She waxed each area about 7 times and still didn’t get half the hair off.
The towel I was made to lie on had wax and hair all over it, overall place 0/10

I went to this salon because it said online that it would all be hot wax. This was not the case the lady kept trying to use strip for some areas and I kept having to ask her not to. Fourth more she used huge strips of hot wax which made it excruciatingly painful. The manager came and finished the job instead which was very kind. However at this point waxes had been applied to the majority of my skin so it was hard to improve the situation. Once I got home a lot of hairs were ripped rather than pulled out and came back very fast. Because this was more than 24hrs after the wax they would not refund this.
