Alexandra has been doing my waxes since I was 9 months pregnant and now my baby is nearly one.
She's attentive, friendly and even coaches me to breathe during waxing.
I found her waxes to be the quickest and least painful experience since I've been waxing.
She's a perfectionist about her work but always wants to make sure I'm happy and I appreciate that.
Wouldn't go anywhere else in Hitchin.

Really happy with my eyebrow wax! Perfect shape and Alex and Vir use hot wax (instead of strip wax) which is so much better for my sensitive skin. Thank you again Alex!

Will definitely be back and will recommend to all of my friends. This is a real local gem of a salon! Virginia is absolutely lovely as is the beautiful little salon. Everything feels very personal and calm. I booked a pedicure ahead of the birth of my baby and she very sweetly offered to tidy up my finger nails too and apply a clear gel as an added little treat! The very best start to Mat leave.
