This was my first time at VIP. I'd had an awful morning, and the girls made an extra special effort to cheer me up and were so attentive. Not only that, but I love the outcome, best haircut and colour that I've had in years!!

I booked through treatwell for eyashes £25, however when I came in the day of my booking, Nicole said the price is £40 and asked me if its okay to paid more £15. Iam okay because I have to do it (I have meeting on Monday). However I felt it was not really right… because i came the day before for test patch and the owner didnt say anything about the price at that day. In my opinion salon would be more professional. If they told me earlier not in the day of my appointment.
