I had a wonderful experience at VIP salon! Warm, friendly atmosphere; the staff was extremely welcoming and kindly accommodated my request to cut and retain my hair specifically for a charity donation - they made this experience so easy and pleasant, I really appreciated the care and attention I was afforded. My stylist was very professional, kind and considerate - I very highly recommend VIP's services and will be back!

Disappointed with cut. Although much time was taken, I feel there was not much of a style. Will not be returning. Perhaps a salon more suited to the younger generation?
