Highlights were fine, my fringe cut is awful. This was my second visit, the first visit I was kept waiting 1 hrs and 15 mins past my appointment time(assumed it was a 1 off) before being started and this time I was left waiting for 50 minutes. It's absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning for another visit.
