A very mediocre service, not so friendly staff and poor attitude and average end result.
I was told on the phone very clearly after they asked the length of the hair and I said long (below shoulder) and given a quote of 45 pounds but charged 50 and argued it is for blow dry too. The price on the phone was including blow dry. Starting from coffee was given in a disposable cup to not removing the dye on the forehead and face until it got settled for an hour everythig was average and least cared for by staff. The salon looked not so clean, I almost was disgusted by the comb my hair was combed through. Staff and the owner don't really seem to know what is customer service. It used to be good with old staff back in 2018-not anymore. Not going back again

My fingernails were so overly filed that they are painful and badly damaged. The woman just kept filing without paying any attention to what she was doing, more than once I pulled my hand away but the damage is done. Actually very angry it will take months for my nails to recover. I understand the service is cheap but I don't expect to get injured. Avoid.
