All of the staff were really lovely and attentive . I was made to feel really comfortable straight away. The salon has great measures in place in regards to covid. My temperature was taken when I entered the salon which I thought was very professional and made me feel comfortable that I was in safe hands . Pauline, who done both my treatments was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She also done a great job of both my nails and eyebrows. All in all a very positive experience!

Very warm welcome, the especially during such trying times.
Stylist was fantastic with my daughter who was not happy she was getting a haircut. Stylist done what I had asked for and gave some tips for future health of hair.
Will definitely be back

Extremely pleased with sharon she gave me a excellent cut and blow dry given the state my hair was in before I came to the salon I could not be more pleased she was so friendly and very professional

Great treatment at VIP today! Pauline (sorry if I’ve got your name wrong!) was fab, and the whole experience felt very safe - temperature check, masks and hand sanitiser all on hand. Would highly recommend!
