Sharon was off sick but I hadnt received communication about this before hand. Spoke with salon manager who confirmed that someone else would do my hair. It meant that I was kept waiting for 30mins. I was quite disappointed to see that other customers were being taken before me and offered cups of tea but i wasnt. I am pleased with my hair but it was not a 2 hour treatment as described on treatwell. Only 90mins. I was surprised to be charged an additional £30 which I feel is excessive for a tint

Sammi did a great job of my highlights and got a really good blonde back after my lockdown root drag had grown out! I’ll always go back to VIP as they treat all their customers so well and give them the best service every time. Sammi is excellent with colour and I’d highly recommend her 💗💗

Amazing service start to finish. The hair extensions are of a very high quality. Sharon is excellent at her job and knows exactly how to create the perfect look. The salon was spotless clean and all covid precautions were followed by staff. Cant wait for my next visit
