Had my colour done at VIP many times & can't recommend it enough. Great salon & great colour expert's. Staff are all so friendly

Sharon was off sick but I hadnt received communication about this before hand. Spoke with salon manager who confirmed that someone else would do my hair. It meant that I was kept waiting for 30mins. I was quite disappointed to see that other customers were being taken before me and offered cups of tea but i wasnt. I am pleased with my hair but it was not a 2 hour treatment as described on treatwell. Only 90mins. I was surprised to be charged an additional £30 which I feel is excessive for a tint
