Had a hair cut & Balayage yesterday with Chloe and I couldn't be happier with my hair. The cut and colour are gorgeous and Chloe spent extra time ensuring that the style and colour was exactly what I wanted. Really happy with the results and i'll definitely be back!
The salon itself is lovely, thestaff are very friendly and everything was as per covid standards. The staff made extra sure I was comfortable during also.

A lovely welcome from all staff at VIP for my first post lockdown haircut. I have short hair & Sharon my stylist was very attentive to what I wanted. She even gave me tips on how to use the straighteners to give volume to my ‘thin hair’! I left feeling like a new person with a fab haircut! Can’t wait for my next visit

I called in before booking my balayage because I had previously boxed dyed my hair darker. The manager was great and assured me that they could work with it.
They had a 40% sale on which sealed the deal. Fantastic savings. The girl that did my hair paid so much attention to detail. The results were better than expected and I would 100% recommend!!
Gel nails felt rushed & I'm not happy with the finish as it is uneven and patchy.
All staff were lovely, nice salon. 10/10 for customer experience.
