The atmosphere in the salon was fine and the staff were lovely. However I feel like I didn’t get what I asked for. My hair looked exactly how it did when I went in. I asked for a brighter balayage however it’s still the same colour (dull blond/brown) which is disappointing. It also took 4 hours which is a lot considering there is no charge to my hair. Frustrating paying all that money for no difference to be made. Quite upsetting when you look forward to getting your hair done for so long.

Open and friendly staff as always, quick and professional standards. Every client was attended for 100% and they even gave us free bottles of water. I had Chloe do my hair and she was amazing, she was always checking the bleach on my hair to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back!

great salon the place was spotless snd staff were all so friendly and paid attention. Was very busy and every customer was still looked after and made to feel comfortable atmosphere was amazing! Will be returning again soon.

Salon was overbooked and understaffed. Each stylist was trying to manage a handful of clients instead of being able to focus on one.
Left with a cut and style not in line with what I asked for and will now go elsewhere to have it fixed to what I wanted.
