I got my extensions done 5months ago, the hair is still fantastic quality 😊 only getting removed to get them reapplied to look extra sharp for summer and new head of highlights.
Very rare to find a company willing to remove your bonds so that is a much added bonus, plus the customer care is always excellent nothing ever a problem. Right down to making sure your hydrated. Will most certainly be using in the future . Highly recommended.

VIP is the friendliest salon I have visited , every staff member are efficient and professional. Nothing is ever to much and they bend over backwards to attend to your exact needs. I have had almost every treatment on offer at VIP and I have been 100% satisfied. The salon and surroundings are second to none , top spec and cleanliness is taken seriously especially within the government guidelines. The staffs hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed .. best salon around !! 🤩

Had my colour done and finished off with a cut and style my hair is so much brighter after not having it done in so long I’m so pleased with it!Exactly what I asked for and more Nicole that done my hair was so attentive another girl came and also done my consultation and colour match for my extensions. I was in and out in reasonable time all guidelines were followed all staff with PPE and hand sanitizers around. The salon has great atmosphere, spotless and bright which I liked aswell all staff s

The atmosphere in the salon was fine and the staff were lovely. However I feel like I didn’t get what I asked for. My hair looked exactly how it did when I went in. I asked for a brighter balayage however it’s still the same colour (dull blond/brown) which is disappointing. It also took 4 hours which is a lot considering there is no charge to my hair. Frustrating paying all that money for no difference to be made. Quite upsetting when you look forward to getting your hair done for so long.
