I mixed up my appointment time but staff were really helpful and managed to fit me in. The beautician made sure I was happy with the shape and colour of my brows. Really pleased with with them and my lashes, great to be back!

I could not be more THRILLED with my trip to VIP. lovely salon, friendly staff and love what they’ve done with my hair. Chris was so lovely, taking time to explain the process of balayage and he has absolutely nailed it. Best balayage I’ve ever had and that’s even after a year of lockdown hair. Will definitely be back! This will be my salon from now on. 10/10
