My haircut was good but I felt the experience let it down. I felt rushed, the salon did not feel clean. I had to ask for the sink to be cleaned and the towel which was used was taken from underneath a pile of dirty ones. I don't plan on visiting again.

I booked this last minute and due to a staff member been off I had to wait 40 mins after my appointment time. Would have been better of the salon called to say it would be later
