They did not discuss on what haircut I want or what haircut will suit to me.Cleanliness was not there all other customers hair was there on chair I had to ask to clean chair,also while combing hair hairdresser was not gentle and hair cut I did not like it was not what I expected,will never go VIP again.

Firstly my Stylist was Chloe and I couldn’t be more satisfied with her. She was so calm and collective, took her time with my damaged hair 😩. Her patience, hard work & talent did a miracle work on my hair 🥰. With dark hair it takes a couple of treatments to get what I was looking for, lighter hair. However, let me tell you, this is my 2nd treatment & I already got the results. The whole team was so friendly and accommodating amazing service, THANK YOU! I literally traveled from London for this ❤️
