Pauline has a vast knowledge about all processes and explains them very well. Brilliant at massaging, facial work and laser hair removal. Pauline makes you feel comfortable, which is a big thing for me, being a male. She will go above an beyond to help you or fit you into her busy schedule, which says a lot about her and gives fantastic advice.
