Staff recently changed over and I can’t see the logic in this! I was happy with my stylist and boom gone! New team in ! Stylist was friendly but happy vibe wasn’t there! Happy enough with hair cut but the whole experience wasn’t what I had with previous team headed by Jordan!

Was let down by my previous stylist at short notice. The salon went out there way to accomodate me. I had my hair cut and coloured and the staff were amazing very knowledgeable and great customer service I left feeling great I love my hair and will 100% be back.

Lovely salon and such a great experience. The salon was very clean and professional, with such a lovely vibe. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and made you feel comfortable from start to finish. Left feeling so happy would definitely recommend VIP Salon Cumbernauld, will definitely be back !
